ROOMS

We offer 13 ensuite rooms, some with sea views, which accommodate from one to three people (4 person occupancy available on request). All rooms are recently refurbished with a mix of showers or baths and include quality fluffy towels and free toiletries.

It’s important to us that our guests feel completely at home at Shelleven Guest House. We realise the importance of a good night’s sleep and provide quality mattresses wrapped in crisp white linen and feather duvets and pillows. We strive to ensure all our guests have their home comforts too, so we have added a few little luxuries, eg. slippers, dressing gowns, hairdryer and cotton wool/buds.

Complimentary bottled filtered water is available for each guest, as well as a hot beverage tray. More importantly, the tray is fully stocked with all your essentials; milk, tea, coffee, chocolate & fruit/herbal teas which is replenished daily.

All bedrooms have Smart Tvs with built in wifi and freeview channels, some with Netflix. For your convenience, there are bluetooth alarm clocks in all rooms, complete with USB points for charging your devices.

Superior Sea View Room

Our premium rooms, located on the first floor, offer plenty of space and are tastefully decorated in soft pastel colours. There is a large bay window with 2 comfortable chairs for you to unwind in and take in the wonderful sea views.

Relax and enjoy the complimentary filtered water, as well as a hot beverage tray. Furthermore, our coffee machine is a great addition, with complimentary pods for you to wake up to your favourite coffee.

There is a king size bed and a single bed in the room with an opportunity for an extra bed if required. Please enquire for 4 people. The bathrooms are spacious and have a bathtub with shower over with complimentary toiletries and thick quality fluffy towels.

Deluxe Sea View Room

The Deluxe Sea view room is located on the second floor, providing the best possible views across Belfast Lough. The bedrooms offer generous space for 2-3 people, with a double bed and a single bed; one room can accommodate 3 single beds on request, as well as 2 comfortable chairs to lounge in.

Relax and enjoy the complimentary filtered water and well-stocked hot beverage tray. Furthermore, our coffee machine is a great addition, with complimentary pods for you to wake up to your favourite coffee.

Twin/Double Room

Relax in our double/twin rooms, tastefully decorated in a colourful talavera tile design with black out curtains. Chill out with complimentary filtered water and hot beverage tray, filled with plenty of choice.

All rooms have en-suite shower facilities with free toiletries. One room has partial sea views, the other is located on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard.

The ground floor room offers accessible accommodation for those with a mobility impairment. Equipped with grab rails, a bathtub and a walk-in shower, there is also a height adjustable shower chair for your convenience.

Double Room

Relax in our tastefully decorated double rooms complete with en-suite shower rooms and free toiletries. Located on the first and second floors at the back of the house, for peace and quiet.

Single Room

Single rooms are generously sized with small double beds for your comfort. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and complimentary toiletries. Located at the back of the house for peace and quiet. Two rooms are internal on the first floor, with two others located on the second floor.

Group Bookings

Shelleven House welcomes group bookings from tour companies, sports teams & specialist groups. We are more than happy to work with you on your individual requirements. For example, we can store sports equipment securely, offer flexible arrival and breakfast times and arrange restaurant bookings for you. Please contact us directly.

Wifi

Importantly, there is strong Wifi coverage throughout the house, including all bedrooms and guest areas. We understand the importance of good download and upload speeds and offer BT Fibre infinity to all our guests. Typical download speeds of 400-500 mbps and upload speeds of 30-40 mbps.

Laundry & Ironing

Laundry services are available on the premises. We know your time is precious, so let us do the hard work for you. A 8kg service wash, includes washing, drying and folding your clothes. There are also irons and ironing boards available on request.
